Don't use Telemancer for fraud, harassment, illegal robocalling, or to evade do-not-call lists. Don't use SMS to send spam. Don't reverse-engineer the service to compete with it. Don't misrepresent yourself to recipients of your calls or messages.
When you buy or port DIDs through Telemancer, our upstream carrier's terms flow through to you. You're responsible for STIR/SHAKEN compliance, 911 registration, and lawful intercept obligations in jurisdictions where they apply.
Subscription fees are charged in advance. Usage (calls, SMS, recordings) is metered and billed in arrears. Stripe processes all payments. Failed payments suspend the tenant after a 14-day grace period; another 30 days and we delete the data.
You can cancel any time from the admin UI. We'll keep your data for 30 days after cancellation in case you change your mind, then permanently delete it. We may suspend service for acceptable-use violations on notice.
To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. We don't warrant uninterrupted service. We do back up your data and run with the architectural safeguards described on the security page.
We'll email you 30 days before any material change to these terms.
